We are looking for a *highly motivated Sales & Operations Manager* to spearhead our sales initiatives, oversee sourcing activities, and strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.

Our portfolio includes:

Gas & Steam Turbine Spares for GE, Siemens, Westinghouse, Nuovo Pignone, Toshiba, Franco Tosi/Ansaldo, and more.
Hot Gas Path Components: Buckets, Nozzles, Shrouds, Transition Pieces, Combustion Liners.
Control System Supports: GE Speedtronic Modules, Excitation Systems, Vibration Monitoring, Critical Gas Monitoring.
Generator Monitoring Systems: Hydrogen Control Panels, Gas Analyzers, Auto-Purge Systems, Portable Analyzers.
Position: Operational Manager (Sales & Services) – India

We’re building a strong foothold in India and need a proven leader to head our sales and service operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead sales and after-sales service activities for gas and steam turbine customers across India.
Work closely with operations & maintenance teams at leading power plants.
Drive customer engagement by providing fast, reliable, technical and service support.
Ensure aggressive market penetration and growth of Cmets Energy’s presence in India.

What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of experience in Sales & Services in power plants/turbine services.
Proven track record of building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
A go-getter who can travel across India to meet clients and deliver solutions.
Based in Kannur, Kerala – with readiness for pan-India travel.
