Position: Sales & Operations Manager

Division: CMETS Trading & Services (UAE)

About Us

CMETS Energy is expanding into a brand-new *Trading & Services* division, focused on delivering innovative solutions, exceptional client experiences, and sustainable growth. We are looking for a *highly motivated Sales & Operations Manager* to spearhead our sales initiatives, oversee sourcing activities, and strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.

Your Role

As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing our new division. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing business with government and semi-government entities, managing operations end-to-end, and ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with government and semi-government sectors.
Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed division targets.
Identify, evaluate, and source quality products/services based on client requirements and market trends.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Foster long-term partnerships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in sales, sourcing, and operations, ideally within trading or service-based sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent multitasking abilities with a results-driven approach.
Client-focused mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* (any discipline) is mandatory.
